As a part of our services, we provide a takeoff for our subcontractors and then send it to their vendors to quote materials. It doesn’t matter if it’s bulk commodity items like lumber packages or unique specialty items such as signage. We have the capability to help you with takeoffs no matter what you are selling.
Can you handle our volume?
We went from one estimator to twenty five in a three month period for a single enterprise vendor. We outscaled their own sales initiatives and were asked to hold back. Not only that, but we cut their total takeoff lead time from two weeks to three days.

Do you offer an NDA?
Of course! We do not share project data or internal process information with any other firm. On the flip side, we refer vendors to our GC and subcontractor clients on a regular basis. If you are in our network, our goal is to help you grow.
We will not compete against our clients or broker materials at any point in the future. You sell the stuff, we help you do it.
Do you offer sales staff?
We do not. We are happy to manage bidding invites, answer emails, and are available for internal calls. Our staff are predominantly located in the Philippines and are engineers by trade.
If a personable sales rep is what you need, that’s not our forte. We are detail oriented, technical people. Let your sales reps build relationships. Let us handle the details.
